Every effort will be made to ensure that our products will arrive within the stated time scale and be in perfect condition. We aim for 100% satisfaction. Should you, for any reason, have any queries or be unhappy with your purchases, then please contact us as soon as they arrive and return them within seven working days, entitling you to a refund less postage or an exchange. Goods should not be returned without prior agreement. Goods will be returned at customers own expense unless faulty.
Damaged & Lost Goods:
In order to receive credit, the purchaser must notify us immediately if goods are damaged.
All prices are in UK Pounds and are inclusive of VAT at the current applicable rate.
Payments can be made by any of the following methods
- Online. Using Paypal (Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Switch cards are all accepted.)
- By telephone please call 01904 655736 during shop opening times (Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Switch cards are all accepted.)
- By post by completing the order and selecting cheque as the payment method. A copy of your order and a cheque should be sent to the address given.
